As we experience in our day to day life, our country is full of diversity amongst unity. We have several social groups, occupational groups, political groups and so on. Because of our affiliation to a particular group and brotherhood, we tend to go out of the way to help another member of the group, and will certainly donate blood in case of emergency. Therefore we have created several sub-sections in the donor database and donors from that sub-section will be selected on priority basis so as to ensure that blood is available quickly to the needy patient. In case, donor from the group is not available for some reason or other, entire database is processed so that donor is available for the patient. We hope this concept of diversity amongst unity will be helpful as the database becomes bigger in size and the network spreads to state and then to national level.
